About
A design studio built on 25 years of answers.

Paul Eric Rich has spent more than 25 years within the profession of architecture: first in senior roles at national and regional firms across Charleston, Baltimore, and Charlotte, now as the owner of BROTHERS RICH, based right here in Charleston.
BROTHERS RICH began in 2013 with three brothers, John, Jim and Paul, making things together. For Paul, it was a side project while working full time at Gensler. Today it's his practice. Working with BROTHERS RICH means the person you sit down with for the first conversation is the same person who develops your plan, works through the details, and stays on the project through construction. No handoffs, no junior designer standing in for the person you actually hired.
Paul works across the Lowcountry with close attention to how a house handles light, water, shade, and the view from every side, not just the front door.
